A personal note from Kristin-

Sharing experiences and working alongside people as they navigate the demands and challenges of life is both a privilege and my passion.  I provide therapeutic services in an open, nonjudgmental, and safe space.  Treatment goals are collaborative and tailored for each individual / family based upon their personal goals and preferences.  I believe finding a balance between acceptance and change provides a path forward toward hope, self-compassion, and emotional wellness.
