 Gemini Johnson, LCSWMrs. Johnson attained her Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Children and their Families in 2006 from Fordham University, in Manhattan N.Y. Before moving to NC in 2006 she provided clinical services to persons with psychiatric disabilities in an individual and group format for a New Your State agency. Upon moving to NC she served in the medical field working with persons diagnosed with kidney failure and other end of life issues while attaining her LCSW in 2011.

Mrs. Johnson has worked with children and families in the implementation of supports including but not limited to Outpatient therapy, parenting skills training, and crisis management, intensive in home case management, and individual and family therapy for the last 7 years. Mrs. Johnson also received her certificate in Clinical Supervision from NASW and is able to provide clinical supervision for clinicians preparing for licensure. Mrs. Johnson provided psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Mrs. Johnson specialized in children and families. She has specialization training in children and play therapy, families and crisis. Mrs. Johnson has expertise in the following areas:
